Given the unprecedented situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know what we are doing to help keep our customers and colleagues as safe as possible.

The health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is extremely important to us. We are committed to following official guidance from the government, ensuring all of our policies and procedures reflect the best available information and advice. We will operate a one-way route around the shop with shielding at the counter for the safety of staff and customers. Sanitisers will be available to use around the shop. We can only allow one customer at a time to enter the studio by appointment only, we may need to ask some customers to wait outside until there is space available inside if you arrive without a pre-arranged time slot.

Keeping our studio clean and safe
As you will be aware the most effective way to minimise the spread of Coronavirus is regular hand washing. As a food retailer who makes all our products on our premises, hand washing is inherent in the way we do things. We pride ourselves on high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the business, and have taken every opportunity to remind our team to follow the robust procedures that are already in place.

We have also taken further precautionary measures including more frequent cleaning and sanitising of all studio surfaces, card terminal, tills, doors and other equipment.

Keeping you informed
We will continue to monitor the situation closely, reviewing developments and the latest government advice to consider how this impacts our operational processes, staffing and the decisions we take. We will update you on any additional changes as soon as we can through our website and Facebook.
