We cater for various special dietary requirements including wheat and gluten free, we have our own recipes for these types of cakes but we would be prepared to use a tried and tested recipe of your own if you would prefer.
We also do a very tasty dairy free (vegan) cake where we use soya margarine and soya milk to substitute dairy produce .
Although we can do our best to do nut free cakes – nuts are used on the premises so we can NOT guarantee our cakes would be 100% free of nut traces.
